Ahhhhh! I'm so stressed!

Oh no.... I just remembered about the test today and I have to go to rugby and do the dishes ARGH! If this sounds like you, then you are really stressed out. Hi guys - today I did a workshop with Nicola.  Can you guess what it was about? If you think it was about managing stress, then you're right!  (If you think talking about our problems, then you're completely wrong . Nicola gave us a sheet with lots of ways to stop being stressed out like ; Breathe, exercise, play with nature and make time for fun . Most importantly RELAX!!
